AI project rescue

AI built it halfway. We finish it.

Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, ChatGPT — they got you to a demo. We get you to production: audited, secured, shipped, and maintainable by humans.

Free 20-min audit · Written findings · Fixed quotes

Sound familiar?

Demo great, production dead

It worked in the preview link. Real users, real data, real traffic — different story.

Every fix breaks two things

Each new prompt rewrites half the codebase. Features regress at random and nobody knows why.

One file, no tests, no docs

Three thousand lines of main.js, and nobody — human or AI — knows what's load-bearing.

Security held together with tape

API keys in the frontend, auth that trusts the browser, a database open to the internet.

Costs quietly creeping up

Token bills, duplicate services, an architecture that burns money while doing nothing.

The “agency” was a chatbot

You paid someone who pasted your brief into ChatGPT and shipped the answer. We can tell.

How the rescue works
01 · Auditfree · 20 min

Free. Twenty minutes, plus a written report.

Send the repo or the live link. We tell you what's solid, what's dangerous, and what it takes to finish — in plain English, with a fixed quote. No obligation either way.

02 · Stabilisedays, not months

Stop the bleeding first.

Security holes, data risks, broken deploys. A short, fixed-price sprint that makes the project safe to build on before anything new gets added.

03 · Finishfixed quote

Ship it properly.

Structure, tests, performance, the missing features. You end up with software a human team can maintain — ours or yours.

What we rescue

Web apps, mobile apps, browser extensions, AI agents and integrations. If a model wrote it, we can read it — and tell you exactly what it actually does.

Straight answers

Is the audit really free?

Yes. Twenty minutes on a call plus a short written report of what we found. We make money on rescue work, not audits — and not every project needs rescuing. If yours doesn't, we'll say so.

Will you judge the code?

No. AI-generated codebases fail in the same handful of ways, and we've seen far worse than yours. Getting a half-built thing in front of users was the right call; finishing it properly is just the next one.

Should we just rebuild from scratch?

Sometimes — but less often than you'd fear. The audit answers exactly this: we map what's salvageable, and if a rebuild is genuinely cheaper we'll quote both paths and tell you which one we'd pick.

What does a rescue cost?

Fixed quotes, agreed before any work starts, scoped by the audit. Stabilising an existing build is usually a fraction of what the original cost — and the audit gives you the number before you commit a penny.

We're not in London — does that matter?

No. We're a London studio working with businesses across the UK and beyond. The audit runs over Google Meet; everything else lands in your repo.

No agency theatre

Twenty minutes. Then you'll know.

What's solid, what's dangerous, what it costs to finish. Send the repo or the link — we'll do the rest.
